We are back from Crufts
What a lovely day, dear little Fifi (Sabai Honeysuckle at Ribbleknaps) showed her socks off and came Third in her class, Special Junior Bitch. There were 8 dogs entered with 1 absent, I think.
The bitch that came first in this class also won the CC for Best Bitch, was Best of Breed and was short-listed in the Toy group.
Considering that last year Fifi suddenly acted spooked in the showring and wouldn't walk, she has done wonders! We couldn't have been more pleased if she'd got Best In Show.
I haven't got a photo yet because my camera has gone wrong, but I will as soon as I can.
Leo didn't get placed in his class (Limit Dog), it was a very strong class and there were 12 entered. He is still getting over an operation on his knee, but we were pleased with his performance in the ring too.

Well done Fifi! You must be so thrilled - a much deserved pick-me-up after the last 2 weeks. I can remember mum returning from crufts with a reserve for one of the boys. She was on cloud 9 for a few weeks after that! Can't wait to see the pictures. Sue
Sue, I couldn't face putting Sam's details on the blog, it was hard enough to put Lacey's on. Thanks for your comment, I had a look to see if you had a blog but you haven't started adding anything yet. Come on, it's great fun even if you just use it as a personal account of what's going on in your life.
